Employer Benefits

The Leadership Madison County program requires a cooperative effort between its participants and the businesses they work with. The participants must commit to participating in each class and to taking time to develop community projects. We believe the benefit to both the class participant and the employer greatly outweighs the costs that are incurred.


The program participants, through the effort of all participants and businesses, will benefit by learning skills that will translate to the workplace. The participants will develop contacts in the community that will increase their knowledge of the local economy and business opportunities. By supporting the Leadership program, your business will benefit through the education of your employee. Support of the program also allows your business to give back to the community as each participant will be involved in the development of a community project that will help to fill the needs of Madison County.
