For the 2009 class the program included
- Opening 2 day retreat in EagleRidge conference center. This retreat provides an overview of the years classes, leadership and team building skills and techniques for large and small group discussions
- Community Services - This program will show the inter workings of the human services facilities and operations that are provided in Madison County. You will tour healthcare facilities and meet some personnel that run operations
- Education - This program will provide an overview of education in Madison County. You will see some the facilities and meet some of the administrators
- Economic Development - This class will explore the economics of Madison County. The history and future will be discussed. The industrial parks in the county will be visited
- Diversity - This program will show how diversity can affect our society. You will be provided the opportunity to discuss and examine your views of diversity and how it affects your everyday life.
- Government - This class will examine the structure of local and state government. The power struggles at all levels will be discussed. The program will explore the effects that local, county and state decisions have on business climate
- Law and Order - This program will examine how the civil and criminal systems carry out laws that legislature passes. You will experience how law enforcement carries out requirements and see the frustrations they must overcome.
- Lifestyles - Lifestyles and history in Madison County will be explored. You will be given an opportunity to see other organizations that support this effort and how things we value play a role in our lifestyles
- Project Presentation/Commencement - Group presentations and commencement.
- G-3 Economic Summit and Social - Meeting of leaders from Madison, Rankin and Hinds Counties.
